侈口，長頸，鼓腹下緣內折，階形外撇圈足。全器以掐絲琺瑯飾淺藍地番蓮紋，口內飾鍍金蕉葉紋，頸部有深藍色蕉葉紋內飾番蓮紋，圈足外飾回紋；四邊出戟，底部鏨刻十字杵紋。口沿、出戟、圈足內及外底露胎鍍金。附如意雲足圓形木座一。
