| 內容簡介 | 淮南大布衣，生平待考。 畫中牛隻游於林木中，牧童相互戲弄。這幅畫用禿筆枯墨，快意畫來，毫無拘束，形象偶有脫俗，益見畫家率真心情。 |
| Description | Nine Oxen Huai-nan ta-pu-i Ch’ing Dynasty (1644-1911) Nothing is known of the painter Huai-nan ta-pu-i. The painting depicts oxen playing in a forest grove. Cowherds joke with each other. The painting, done with a rough brush and dry ink, was painted very quickly in a fit of inspiration, completely unrestrained. Some of the figures are roughly sketched in. The painting allows us to view the artist’s expressive self. |
