| 內容簡介 |
王鑑（西元一五九八－一六七七年），江蘇太蒼人。字圓照，號湘碧，自稱染香庵主。為明代鑑賞家王世貞之孫。精通畫理，為清初六大家之一。
本幅畫秋景山水，以大癡筆意皴山畫樹，傅以淡青、淺絳與朱紅，一片秋光躍然紙上。畫成於六十一歲時，為晚年精緻小品。

| Description |
Wang Chien (style name, Yuan-chao; sobriquets, Hsiang-pi Jan-hsiang an-chu) was a native of T’ai-ch’ang in Kiangsu and the grandson of the Ming dynasty connoisseur Wang Shih-chen (1526-1590). He excelled at the art and theory of painting, and was known as one of the Six Masters of the Early Ch’ing.
This painting of an autumn landscape employs the style of Huang Kung-wang (1269-1354) to texture the mountains and depict the trees. Applying light blue, light red, and scarlet red, Wang has created a scene of brilliant autumn colors. This painting was done at the age of 60, thus figuring as a delicate work of Wang’s later years.
