玉質，色青綠拋光晶亮。爐身樸素，子母口，有豎起口緣鏤雕花葉紋，平底下接飾番蓮紋六短足。蓋作二層，下層鏤雕纏枝番蓮花葉紋，上層淺浮雕瓔珞，二層之間柱上雕蓮座下接活環六組，蓋鈕雕一朵花。本件雕琢繁複精巧，作工精美。
