六瓣葵花形口，深壁，矮圈足。碗內口沿下兩道弦紋間畫各種花卉十二朵，內壁畫四季花卉六枝，底心三圈弦紋內畫桃實一枝。外壁口沿下弦紋兩道，器身畫折枝花、果分上下二層各六枝。足壁上下圈畫弦紋兩道，內飾卷草紋一周。底有青花書「大明萬曆年製」六字二行楷款，外加雙圈。
