敞口，深壁，矮圈足。口鑲金屬釦，內壁畫轉枝番蓮，加飾八寶，碗心畫如意雲一周，中飾菊花。外壁畫花卉五折枝。內外加飾青線九道。底有青花書「大明嘉靖年製」六字二行楷款，外加雙圈。
