| 內容簡介 | 錢大昕（一七二八~一八O四），字辛楣，號竹汀，上海市人。乾隆十九年進士，歷任翰林院編修、提督廣東學政等職。錢氏學問淵博，集經史、語言文字、圖書文獻等諸多學問於一身，在金石考證方面的成就為時人推尊第一，有《潛研堂全書》足以見其淵博。本幅書聯：「讀書心細絲抽絸，鍊句功深石補天」，具見錢氏隸書方面的修養深厚，能得漢碑體勢開闔的變化。(20120409) |
| Description | Qian Daxin (style name Xinmei, sobriquet Zhu-ting), a native of Shanghai, was a Presented Scholar of 1754 who became Compiler in the Hanlin Academy and Concomitant Director of Education in Guangdong. Widely learned, Qian achieved scholarship in the fields of the Classics and history, language and etymology, as well as books and documents. In terms of Bronze and Stele textual studies, he was considered to be a leading figure of his time, his Complete Texts of the Qianyan Hall testifying to his breadth of learning. This couplet, which mentions paying careful attention to and devoting oneself to studies, reveals Qian’s cultivation in clerical script as well, showing how he forged change in the character force of Han dynasty steles.(20120409) |
