侈口窄唇，淺壁，矮圈足。厚胎白釉。盤心彩畫山水及福祿壽三星，周壁彩畫轉枝靈芝，加書青壽字。外壁彩畫折枝松竹梅八枝。足圈彩畫轉枝花葉圖案。口足內外加飾青線六道。底有青花書「大明萬曆年製」六楷字款，外加雙圈。
