造型似葫蘆，口沿齊切。圓口，束腰，碩腹，淺凹底。腰際凸起一道稜邊，器身兩側附貼如意形耳。全器施白地青花，自上而下繪回紋、轉枝番蓮、朶花圖案，轉枝靈芝、如意雲頭、折枝花果及變形蓮瓣紋等。此類器形為雍正官窯的創新之作。底以青花書「大清雍正年製」雙圈楷款。
