| 內容簡介 | 吳衡（？－西元一九四二年），浙江石門（今崇德）人。字澗秋。滔長子，工山水，克承家學。 本幅水墨畫山水，構景繁複，重山疊嶺，運筆雄健，墨法蒼秀沈鬱，水墨淋漓，在層層堆疊中，有深遠幽渺之情境，呈現磅礴的山水氣勢。 本幅為林宗毅先生捐贈。 |
| Description | Landscape Wu Heng (d. 1942) Republican Period Wu Heng (style name Jen-ch’iu) was a native of Shih-man, Chekiang (modern Ch’ung-te). He was the eldest son of Wu T’ao, and gifted at depicting landscapes, he followed in the family painting style. The composition of this monochrome ink landscape is complex, having multiple mountain ranges. The brushwork is grand and the ink hoary and deep. The moist layers of ink appear to be piled up to form a sense of remote silence. It thus adequately reveals the atmosphere of a heavy landscape. This fan was donated to the Museum by Mr. Lin Tsung-i. |
