| 內容簡介（中文） | 馬麟（約1180－1256後），馬遠（活動於1190-1224）之子，秉承家學，寧宗（1195-1224在位）朝畫院祇侯。 寧靜暮冬，棘竹生長山壁間，黃尾鴝一對相依避寒，情境生動。用色淳厚，以濃淡色區分景物前後明暗處，具立體與深度感。荊棘有其父拖枝趣味，惟較圓緩。積雪處留白，稍染白粉，映以紅色系果實、羽色，似添加暖意和活潑色彩。全幅筆法放逸，屬馬麟粗筆之作，畫鳥雖見細筆，然行筆疏放，仍是寫意風味(20101015) | |
| 內容簡介（英文） | Ma Lin was the son of Ma Yuan (fl. 1190-1224) and followed in the family style, serving as an Attendant (zhihou) in the Painting Academy in the reign of Emperor Ningzong (r. 1195-1224). On a serene and late winter day, branches of thorns and bamboo protrude from a cliff with a pair of daurian redstarts perched there huddled against the cold in a very vivid manner. The coloring is simple and straightforward, in which light and dark areas of colors and ink tones delineate the front and back, creating a sense of volume and depth. The thorns have the “dragged-branch” quality of his father’s style, but with a more subtle effect. Areas of snow have been left blank with slight additions of white pigment to set off the colors of the berries and feathers, adding warmth and liveliness to the hues. The brushwork throughout the work is free and easy, much in the coarser manner of Ma Lin. Although fine brushwork is found in the rendering of the birds, the brush is still loose in the “sketching ideas” style.(20101015) | |
