| 內容簡介 |
宋懋晉（活動於十六世紀後半至十七世紀前半）字明之，松江人。幼時即對繪畫有興趣，因此放棄舉業，專心學畫，勤於臨摹古蹟，後來從宋旭受業。長於山水、樓閣和寫松。
本幅畫窗前疏竹，橋畔垂楊，碧梧陰森，一人坐山房小憩，狀甚悠閒，柳岸蘆葦茂盛，葉莖傾斜，似有習習涼風吹入圍牆人家。

| Description |
Sung Mou-chin (style name Ming-chih) was a native of Sungkiang. As a youth, he was interested in painting and , as a result, gave up his career in order to concentrate on the study of painting. He expended great efforts at copying ancient works, and later received instruction from Sung Hsu. Sung Mou-chin excelled at painting landscapes, buildings, and pines.
In this painting, bamboo grow before a window, a bridge stretches before a weeping willow growing along a shore, and two verdant wu trees provide shade. A person leisurely sits in a mountain retreat in a quite relaxed manner. Reeds grow luxuriantly along the bank by the willow tree, the leaves and stems of both bending diagonally, as if being blown by a cool wind into the enclosure of the man.
